Arabic and Jawi Language, Heritage and a Sense of Belonging

Mental wellbeing is also connected to identity, belonging and having a sense of purpose. Arabic opens the door to understanding the Quran, duas and many important Islamic works more directly. Jawi connects younger generations with the history, literature and religious heritage of the Malay Muslim community. Community leaders can encourage young people to discover these languages in enjoyable and meaningful ways rather than treating them only as classroom subjects. Learning about our language, faith and heritage can strengthen our connection with family and community. A young person who understands where they come from may be better equipped to think about where they want to go.

AI and Digital Skills Can Give Us More Time

AI and digital skills are becoming useful tools in our everyday working and business lives. Simple digital tools can help us prepare documents, organise information, communicate with customers, analyse basic data and complete routine work faster. AI can further help us generate ideas, summarise information, prepare drafts and reduce repetitive tasks. The purpose is not simply to work faster. It is to use our time better . When technology helps us complete routine work efficiently, we can spend more time developing ourselves, learning new skills and pursuing beneficial knowledge. Technology should therefore serve us, not control us. Used wisely, AI and digital skills can help us become more productive while creating more time for learning and personal development.
